Shelia Moore-Piper

Award winning Christian Soul Artist Shelia Moore-Piper is set to release anew EP entitled “The Love/Soul Session Vol.1”, later this summer from the Bdm/Ugroove Music Label which she is Co-owner along with her Husband Glenn “GP” Piper. Aside of her artistry, Shelia has kept her hands busy writing, arranging and co-producing with her Husband for several Artists, having 3 singles make the billboard indicator charts and one single that’s currently #25 on the Billboard Gospel indicator Chart. Known for her high energy, funky, brass thumping signature soulful sound, Shelia’s takes a different direction on the first single entitled “Love Is A Beautiful Thing” a love ballad showing the more intimate, singer /songwriter side of her unique style.

Establishing an independent record label and production company with her husband Glenn 'GP' Piper, Bdm/Ugroove Music in 2004, as a vehicle to increase the effectiveness of her ministry, she released her Debut album 'Tha Story Told Twice' in 2009. Breaking new grounds and perhaps carving out a new category in gospel music she labels "Christian Soul".

www.sheliamoorepiper.com

With signature songs like "Single Lady" And "Rest Your Mind the album receive

Numerous airplay from various stations including 92.1 Praise, former home of the Yolanda Adams Morning Show

Her second release entitled Are You Ready? Chapter 2 from the label in 2014 is comprised of 12 powerful and anointed tracks, with popular songs like Get Excited (the soulful single) which debuted in the top 50 DRT Rock/Adult Contemporary Charts and was re-released April of 2017. The title track Are You Ready? featuring vocalist Erin Stevenson Shelia Moore Piper is simultaneously unashamed in declaring the joyful news of the gospel while crafting a sound that is unabashedly and jubilantly analog in a digital world.

When you spend time with Shelia you begin to understand the subtle intensity of her music. Music is a ministry, and it is my ministry, and it was this passion and conviction that inspired Shelia Moore Piper to deliver her current release, Are You Ready Chapter 2. A body of music that is inviting, reflective, and encompasses a universal message of worship, self-love, and hope.

Piper deals with these themes directly and with endless finesse. Her voice is soulful, feminine, and guided by her impeccable ear and good taste. Are You Ready stretches over a variety of styles, often utilizing jazz and soul undertones, sometimes dealing in groovy offerings of funk with light smatterings of Motown and disco, and occasionally visiting the hip-hop genre

All in all, the record is exceptional listening, incredibly well orchestrated and produced, and Represents a fantastic introduction for the public to this astounding, Christian Soul singer.

Welcome to the world premiere of Flowers For Jayne's debut music video and digital single release, DANGEROUS WOMAN.

Former Lime Spiders members JAYNE MURPHY and PHIL HALL teamed with renowned drummer JESS CIAMPA (Monsieur Camembert, Jeff Duff Band) to form Australia's formidable power trio, FLOWERS FOR JAYNE.

Dangerous Woman is the 5th and most exciting release by Flowers For Jayne, their first release in 2021, and is the title track of their completed 11 track debut album slated for release in December 2021.

DANGEROUS WOMAN was written and produced by JAYNE MURPHY and mixed by ARIA award-winning engineer ANTON HAGOP (Silverchair, Powderfinger, Birds Of Tokyo), and might remind listeners of the 70's British rock invasion.

Jayne shares her tale about the ambiguity of stereotypes using images of innocence crossing over with dark forces.

"We all have a cheeky dark side", says Jayne. "I'm sure people will relate to the struggle, when sweet becomes sour."

Video footage was filmed in the Inner West of Sydney, Australia and on location throughout the streets of Newtown (Sydney)

All Me Rebecca Garton x Louis Rei 3 Beat Released: Single: Out now/Album: 2 October

We say Receiving its first radio airplay on Monday as DJ Target’s Embargo track on his 1Xtra show, this sexy and fresh '90s inspired R&B jammer is the latest single from London-based artist Rebecca Garton. Since then, it has received its video premiere on GRM Daily and has now been added to editorial playlists across Spotify (NMF, Who We Be, This is How We Do), Apple Music (New Music Daily, Agenda, Breaking R&B) and Deezer (Brand New UK). Taken from her forthcoming Take Me Home EP (out 2 Oct), which features production from the Rascals (Ariana Grande, Kehlani), Nosa Apollo, P2J (Beyoncé, Goldlink, Stormzy) and Prgrshn (WSTRN), All Me features WSTRN’s Louis Rei rapping a few bars alongside Garton’s sweet melodic verses in this beautifully smooth and vibey production reminiscent of TLC. Expect to see this gain more traction over coming weeks after her previous singles, including the empowering anthem Don’t, picked up tastemaker support from the likes of Spotify (R&B UK, This Is How We Do, Galdam Queens), Apple Music, Deezer, Clash and Independent, plus plays on Radio 1, 1Xtra, Capital Xtra and Beats 1. Clearly making a statement of intent with this sublime offering, Garton is a formidable rising talent.  Contact Label: Sam Adebayo, 3 Beat Publishing: Dan Goodwin, 3 Beat National Radio: John Brogan, John Brogan Plugging Regional Radio: Steve Tandy, Cop Media Press: Emily Cooper, Everything Counts PR TV: Helen Stokes, Chilli PR Live: Jess Kinn, Paradigm Management: Shikayla Nadine

Rose Keir Vertigo Berlin Released: Out now

We say It was back at the start of 2018 when we highlighted the raw talent and brooding dark soul of Bristol-based singer-songwriter Keir. Later that year we caught him performing at Reeperbahn festival where he impressed, not only us but the entire audience at the Imperial Theater, with his evocative and rockstar performance, which led to a standing ovation. Since then, he has signed to Vertigo Berlin, released the singles Shiver, Live This Way and now this heartfelt and soaring blend of blues-rock and power-pop. It was premiered by Wonderland magazine earlier this month and upon release featured on Spotify and Apple Music Germany’s new release programming. With its tempered and lush production, Rose is a passionate affair, channelling raw energy and desire into an exhilarating and rapturous delight. We can't wait to hear more from this rising star.   Contact Label: Michael Mlinski & Elena Ziegler, Vertigo International Marketing: Fiodhna Horan-Murphy, Universal Publishing: Copyright Control/BMG Rights Management Radio: Community Promotion  Press: Simone Geldmacher, Universal Music TV: Verena Hausser, Universal Music Management: Mark Bowers & Cliff Jones, Crosstown Management
